The biggest threat to mankind is Global Warming. The effects of global warming are numerous. The main culprits in the issue are excessive discharge of green house gases in the atmosphere which are leading to disastrous results. Thanks to us.
In order to spread awareness and to save the environment, the residents of I.C. colony Borivali have started with an initiative to save electricity which is 'Bathi Bandh' on every 1st Friday of the month from 9-10 pm. There are many people who take part in it and also sacrifice 1 hr by not using any household appliance .Few priests from the parish have also taken an active part in educating during the mass, especially the children on how to save energy.
We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.
