The rally kicked off from Blue Heaven’s High School with more than 100 school students' enthusiastically chanting slogans, carrying handmade posters and banners, and placards with paintings depicting different ways of conserving resources and maintaining a clean environment. During the drive, the children cleaned up the neighbourhood garden and sensitised more than 1000 people, a mix of pedestrians and people from societies, shops about the importance of health and sanitation, energy and resource conservation.

Speaking on this initiative, Mr. Anil Sardana, Managing Director, Tata Power, commented, “The Club Enerji initiative has been contributing extensively towards a brighter and greener tomorrow by undertaking several successful initiatives. This will be definitely beneficial towards children’s overall development and further ensure their readiness in their future role as nation builders. We are elated with the overwhelming response received from the children across various schools for the cleanliness drive. We would like to thank Blue Heaven’s High School for extending support in organizing this drive.”

Club Enerji aims to instil civic responsibilities and management qualities in children to better manage their future and also help them spread the conservation message to their parents, peers and society at large. Committing itself towards nation building, Club Enerji has recently strengthened its programme by broadening its horizons and introducing various critical facets that will widen the scope of the existing module and make it expansive (deeper penetration in India and internationally).
